High Voltage 

Meat free Mondays..gosh Late Linda McCartney project; i tink my (late friend) blood Kaya would be proud in a way..today i am eating pinto beans, with conchiglie dressed in safflower mayo with garlic and tarragon seasonings..i'm also drinking a bullion soup with beans..tomorrow i think i will simply go hungry..
